SMALL CITIES COMMITTEE
MINUTES
MONDAY, MARCH 5, 2012
Present were Chair Drake Waldron, Councilors Marie Soliani and Paul Samele, and Corporation Counsel Ernestine Yuille Weaver.
The meeting was called to order at 6:16 p.m.
On a motion by Councilor Soliani seconded by Councilor Samele the Committee voted to recommend Project 143-276 to the Council for consideration and approval.
On a motion by Councilor Soliani seconded by Councilor Samele, the committee voted to recommend Project 143-262 to the Council for consideration and approval.
As there is no longer a waiting list for these funds, the committee discussed whether the Mayor’s Office could generate a press release to encourage applicants.
There being no other business upon a motion by Councilor Samelei seconded by Councilor Soliani, the meeting adjourned at 6:23 p.m.
